I cant hide this anymore do you know that most online programs are scams,even some of those posted in this forum are scams..name then survey,mln,hyip,etc...many have fallen victims including me and many are still falling to this problems...a recent survey shows that 90% of online programs are scams,you can detect scams very easily some appear so real why others give unrealistic promises..i have done a lot of research on this and i have been able to detect some scams both from personal experience, from mentors and online polls and participation...

Even our own information marketers are not helping matters because some of then still sell e-book which they themselves haven't used and thus the unsuspecting buyers do not get what was promised and thus they are frustrated.....i have a lot of e-books which i bought yet cannot use because the sellers are not even familiar with what they are selling...any common information now is sold to make money....why?

if we want to better the life of our fellow citizens we should try to at least give them certain information free.....what am about to reveal i got it from research but i will give this out for all those you want to make genuine money online and offline

But i give it out i want to say that why we are vulnerable to scams is that we want to get rich overnight my brother that is not possible but with a little handwork we can achieve our dreams and again most of these programs are not in Nigeria and so have no valid address so we cant trace them when they make away with our money..

I guess you know that for you to run a business properly, you would need a business name. This registered business name gives your business a kind of uniqueness that you can not imagine. See for instance Dangote group, whenever you hear it you do not need somebody to tell you who owns it. That is what I mean by the word “UNIQUE”.

So many people have been exploited for lack of information on how to get their business name registered.

That is what I will be revealing to you in this section.

To register your business name, you need to do that through CAC. This is the acronym for Corporate Affairs Commission.

The commission was established by the companies and allied matters act to regulate the formation and management of companies in Nigeria.

The steps you take when you want to register your business name either as a company as a Venture or Limited Liability Company is very easy that even a 15 years old child can do it.

STEPS:

The first step you take is to go to any of their offices around but if you do not know anyone around you, you can find out by logging into www.cac.gov.ng/pages/stateoffices.htm.

When you walk in there, you ask them to give you an AVAILABILITY FORM which costs about N200. The form would be given to you where you are supposed to fill in details like...

NAME:

ADDRESS:

BUSINESS NAME:

TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU WANT TO REGISTER:

In this form you would be allowed to choose three (3) business names in case any one of them is not available, the other would be chosen. After submission, it takes about two weeks for this business name to be approved or not.

So with this, for you not to come back after every two weeks to submit a business name and then it gets rejected, you need to be creative. Come out with a business name that is not common. Eg Global Feature Int’l, Gemec Nigeria Venture, E-global Consult, Danny-kay Venture etc

When after two weeks the result finally comes out and it has been approved, you have to go fill other forms to complete your registration.

One important thing that you would be asked to state here is what your business is al about before they can register it. At first I didn't get to find out until later on and here they are below:
